Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the production and management of the production workshop teams.

2. Provide skills training to team members in production operation techniques and quality control.

Qualifications:

1. Working experience in plastic production enterprises is preferred;

2. More than 2 years of grassroots management experience in manufacturing enterprises. Those with industry experience are preferred.

3. Possess the ability and working experience in on-site production management and production quality control, understand production progress, production arrangements, and personnel allocation, and be capable of managing all aspects of personnel, machines, and materials on the production site.

4. Be familiar with process documents and operating procedures, as well as the requirements of the ISO9000 quality management system. Complete relevant documents and records in accordance with the system requirements, and possess good communication and organizational coordination skills

Job Responsibilities:

Based on the sales tasks and profit indicators assigned by the company, prepare the monthly sales plan and collection plan, implement them, and report the work to the domestic marketing director.
